As required by Florida law, an association has been formed to deal with storm water management issues concerning the Bay Area Plaza parcels. Is is named Bay Area Plaza Association, and every owner of one of the Bay Area Plaza parcels is automatically a member. The Association is responsible for maintaining the drainage, mitigation and conservation easements and will assess each member for its pro rata share of the cost based on its share of the "developable area" as shown in the following table.
